04/28/12. 1.5 million foreclosed homes to be listed for sale this year. A Yale professor reports that it could take an entire generation to get the housing depression under control and back to normal. In the mean time another 1 million homes are expected to be foreclosed upon this year. This will effect the sale of the foreclosed homes that are to be marketed for sale this year and next. New and existing homes currently for sale will be effected from banks listing/marketing/SELLING their foreclosed homes this year. Many home owners selling their homes will be UNDER WATER, THAT IS SELLING THEIR HOME BELOW WHAT THEY OWE To THE BANK. Another factor to declining home values is that the Obama administration is capturing undocumented people that once rented or owned a property in the United States. Instead of documenting these people he is detaining them in camps across the United States. That creates less demand in buyers and renters of property. It all plays together. Once property that was occupied by people paying the mortgage or renting are now out of work and/or deported along with their U.S. born children. College grads in America are paying huge monthly sums of money every month that could be paying for a mortgage payment.Instead of opportunity the country still in a crisis. Bad fiscal management programs that the President has adopted have led to this continued huge crisis. His friends in high places, bankers have gotten bigger destroying less than giant banks and credit unions. As a result, less lending, less credit, less jobs, less opportunity.
