11/01/10. The official Unemployment rate in the United States is at 9.6%.
The under-employment rate is 17.6%.
11/02/10. Today is the Mid Term elections in the United States. On Capital Hill, Republicans
may win 30 seats or more in the House of Representatives and possible 10 seats in the United States
Senate. This will have a huge effect on President Obama's presidential agenda for the nation.

11/03/10. Republican candidate, Jane Whitman reported spending her personal wealth/ money in
the amount of $147 million dollars for the Govenor's race in California. She Lost against Jerry Brown.
This is his third time elected as California's Govenor in the last 30 years. California has about 31
million people who live in that state.
11/04/10. General Motors reported that their company made 4% more than last year.
Ford reported they have profited by 15% more than this time last year.
11/05/10. General Motors have reported that they were granted a $45 to $50 billion dollar tax
break from the 44th President Obama administration. The idea is to boost up they stock value so
that there IPO when issued will be much more profitable. The Obama administration then can
claim that their loan was paid up quicker than expected. Probably before the next Presidential

11/08/10. Ford reports a record profits of $1.7 billion dollars for 3rd Qtr. of 2010.

11/10/10. The newly elected Speaker of the House, John Boehner indicated that he will be using commercial airlines when flying across the country to do most of Congressional business. The last speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi used the United States Airforce, their jets for her personal and Congressional use/business. The cost to tax payers has reached millions of dollars. Nancy Pelosi has yet to apologize to tax payers or the Congress. Maybe that is one of the reasons that the Democrats lost the House of Representatives. Democrats are blaming the 44th President for the loss. But Nancy Pelosi has pushed her agenda through the first so-called African American President of The United States. She continues to hold herself blameless. That is just amazing. President Obama and his lack of experience as an Executive Officer let this politician to ruin his legacy. 11/12/10. Approximately 800,000 jobless Americans will lose unemployment benefits by the end of November 2010. The current Congress will try to extend these unemployment benefits before the new Congress gets sworn in. A huge argument will be looming in the near future between Republicans and Democrats on the Hill. Republicans will consider extension on unemployment benefits only if the Obama administration CUTS current programs. Across the board. The 44th President has not addressed the tough questions to get our economy on track. More to come, stay tune.
11/13/10. America's trade deficit in goods and services shrank to $44 billion dollars in September 2010 from $46 billion dollars in August 2010. Imports declined while exports rose to their highest level since August 2008. More to come, stay tune.
11/14/10. Brazil's Industrial output grew by 6.3% from January to September 2010. More to come, stay tune.
11/15/10. New Zealand's unemployment fell to 6.4% in the months of July, August and September 2010. The same month in 2009 their unemployment rate was 6.9%. More to come, stay tune.
11/16/10. Mexican Marines killed Antonio Cardenas. He was the leader of the Gulf cartel of drug traffickers. It took a six hour gun fight to take him down. Six other people died in that gun fight. The reason for the gun fight was that authorities discovered a mass grave containing remains of 18 people who were actually tourist. These tourist visiting Acapulco were mistaken by the controlling drug cartel as rival drug traffickers. The Mexican authorities had enough of gangster killings of innocent people in Acapulco, Mexico. 11/17/10. Cuba's president, Raul Castro announced that a long post-poned congress of the ruling Communist Party will be held in late April to approve recent economic changes. One important change is the charge to develop one million cubans in Cuba to start a small business. More to come, stay tune.
11/18/10. Former Govenor of Alaska, and U.S. Vice Presidential candidate, Sarah Palin told the U.S. public on a television interview with Barbara Walters that she could beat President Barack Obama in 2012 Presidential election. She said that she has been assessing the political landscape in the United States. Currently Mrs. Palin has a television show on TLC network, a book to be released by the end of November and has been seen on numerous national magazine covers. Lots of exposure for the U.S. public to get to know her on a more personal level. Also her eldest daughter, 18 year old Bristal Palin is a contender on the ABC television show, "Dancing With the Stars". So far no comment from the White House, Commander in Chief, 44th President Barrack Hussein Obama. More to come, stay tune.
11/19/10. Naoto Kan, Japan's prime minister, watered down plans for a radical "free-trade agenda", facing resistance from the powerful if aging farm lobby. More to come, stay tune.
11/20/10. Industrial production in China grew by 13.1% from January to October 2010. Inflation rose to a two-year high of 4.4% from 3.6% in September. China's central bank also raised bank's reserve ratio by half a percentage point. More to come, stay tune.
11/21/10. The Organization of the American States requested/told Nicaragua and Costa Rica to withdraw their security forces from a border area and to start peaceful negotiations. Last month in Costa Rica some upset military personal and civilian workers set up a camp on the border of Nicaragua to protest unfair trade policies from both countries. More to come, stay tune.
11/22/10. North Korea has attacked South Korea killing two South Korean Marines and injuring 16 civilians and military personel. The attack was by North Korean artillary who launched their bombs for an hour on the small island of Yeonpyeong, South Korea. The island's total population is about 1,200 civillians with an undisclosed number of military population. North Korea demanded that South Korean Military drills halt. When South Korea refused the North Koreans bombed the island. Both countries have been at war for decades. A armistice declaration was signed in 1953 regarding the mainland but the 31 islands have never been settled. In March a South Korean navy ship was torpedoed killing 43 South Korean sailors. North Korea has never taken responsibility for that attack. President Obama told the North Koreans that the United States will back and stand by South Korea. Also China has told North Korea to find peaceful means to settle their differences. China has strong commercial ties to South Korea. More to come, stay tune.
11/23/10. Industrial production in France up by only 0.1% in September 2010 from August 2010. This September 2010 figure is up 5.1% higher than September 2009. More to come, stay tune.
11/24/10. U.S. Unemployment Rates by Segment for September 2010. National is 9.6%. Ethnicity: Hispanic at 12%. African American at 16.3%. Anglo Americans at 8.7%. Gender: Males at 10.6%. Females at 8.6%. These figures are from the government. The real or complete unemployment rates are much higher. Self employed Americans and folks that have used up their unemployment insurance benefits. More to come, stay tune.
11/26/10. The Catholic Church clarified Pope Benedict's announcement that in the church's opinion, the use of a condom could be justified for the fight against HIV/AIDS. This is a change in the Pope's past views.
11/27/10 In Cambodia, three million people celebrated their annual Water Festival. Reports indicated that about 450 people were crushed to death. Other than that, it was said that all the rest had a good time. Can't wait to next years event.
11/28/10. In the third quarter of 2010, China's current surplus is around $102.3 billion dollars. This figure is twice as much as last years surplus in China. More to come, stay tune.
11/29/10. In Chicago, property values fell about 5.3% in the month of October 2010. More to come, stay tune.
11/30/10. The Illinois House of Representatives has passed a bill to recognize same sex unions. Illinois Republicans believe that this will lead to same sex marriage in the near future in the state. Republicans oppose the passage of this bill. The bill now goes to the Illinois Senate. Govenor Quinn approves and has helped/assisted this bill to move forward to the Illinois Senate.
